You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the condition received, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, final-sale items, or items damaged through misuse.
How to Request a Return
Email maxreed.mdg@gmail.com within the return period with your order number, the item, the reason, and photos for damaged or incorrect products. Do not send a return before approval. We will provide the applicable return address and instructions after authorization.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.
